Hello my name is Laksurani, and I am running the government approved day home licensed by ERCCA Northalta, I am a certified Early Childhood Educator ( Level 2) . 

With a background in early childhood education and years of hands-on experience I am dedicated in providing a warm and welcoming environment for each child in my care. Our daily activities will include: Story time, music time, outdoor activities, games, dramatic play, crafts and learning through play activities. The Day Home also helps children to make the transition into Kindergarten smooth and comfortable. 

I have been living in Edmonton since 2007 with my husband, and we've raised our three children in this busy city. I speak English and Sinhala fluently, as well as read and write. My three children are all in University so in my spare time I love to travel, take pictures, sew and bake!
